Aerobics, Pilates & Yoga

Step Aerobics
One-hour cardio class based on basic stepping techniques and terminology; finished with abdominal workout.
Mon-Wed-Fri: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Low Impact Cardio
One-hour class including floor aerobics followed by a strength segment and abdominal workout.
Tues-Thurs: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Silver Sneakers
One-hour class combines cardio and strength designed for 55 years and older crowd.
Mon-Wed: 2 to 3 p.m. / Fri: 11 to 12 p.m.
Pilates
A 45-minute class consisting of controlled movements and muscle isolation based on the Joseph Pilates Theory to increase strength and stamina.
Thurs: 6 to 6:45 p.m.
Pro-Flex
One-hour strength class working all major muscle groups set-by-set.
Tues-Thurs: 5 to 5:55 p.m.
Step-It-Up
One-hour cardio class based stepping techniques and terminology.
Mon-Wed: 5:20 to 6:20
Cardio Kickboxing
One-hour cardio class including basic kickboxing moves and boot camp drills.
Tues: 6 to 7 p.m.

Core Abs Class
A 45 minute class geared to strengthen, tone and define abdominal muscles.
Tues: 7:30 to 8:15 p.m.
Yoga
One-hour class consisting of a series of poses combining strength, balance, and controlled movement.
Mon-Wed: 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Sat: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Challenging cardio class which changes each week; finishes with abdominal workout.
