Why Hire a Personal Trainer?
- The primary goal of our personal training program is to teach you the proper techniques of exercise and to turn YOU into your own personal trainer. We not only teach you how to use a particular machine, but teach you how to exercise with perfect form to achieve your goals.
- Anyone (young, old, in shape, or out of shape) can utilize a personal trainer. Trainers focus on increasing and/or maintaining their clients’ fitness levels, assisting with weight loss, and overseeing strength and cardiovascular training. In addition, our personal trainers can be enlisted to help individuals recover from an injury or help athletes train for an upcoming event/sport.
- Personal Training services begin with a FREE health history consultation. Be prepared to discuss your health and fitness background, as well as set goals for the course of your training. Your certified trainer will lay the groundwork for the training sessions and answer your questions. Each training session is up to one hour in length and will be scheduled at a time suitable to you and your trainer.

Personal Training sessions may be purchased at the front desk. Your personal trainer will then call you to set up your first consultation.
